يوضح هذا المستند البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق Nassim Select وكيف نستخدمها. يعمل التطبيق على منصة Raversys LTD نيابةً عن Nassim Select.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• رقم الموبايل، لتسجيل الدخول برمز يصلك على واتساب.
• الاسم وتاريخ الميلاد إن أضفته، لعروض عيد الميلاد.
• زياراتك وفواتيرك ونقاطك ورصيدك وحجوزاتك وتقييماتك في الصالون.
• معرّف الإشعارات لجهازك، لنرسل لك تذكيرات الحجز ودورك في الطابور.

لا نجمع موقعك ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك، ولا نستخدم إعلانات أو أدوات تتبع.

كيف نستخدمها

لتشغيل حسابك فقط: الحجز، ونقاط الولاء، والرصيد، وإيصالات الزيارة، والإشعارات. رسائل العروض لا تصلك إلا إذا وافقت عليها، ويمكنك إيقافها بالرد STOP.

مع من نشاركها

لا نبيع بياناتك. نستخدم مزودين لتوصيل الخدمة فقط: واتساب (Meta) عبر Twilio للرسائل، وApple وGoogle لإشعارات الجهاز وبطاقة Apple Wallet. البيانات محفوظة على خوادمنا ولا يراها إلا فريق الصالون.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق: «حسابي» ← «امسح بياناتي»، فنحذف بياناتك الشخصية ويبقى سجل الفواتير بلا اسم لأغراض المحاسبة.

This explains what the Nassim Select app collects and how it is used. The app runs on the Raversys LTD platform on behalf of Nassim Select.

What we collect

• Your mobile number, to sign you in with a code sent on WhatsApp.
• Your name, and your birthday if you add it, for birthday offers.
• Your visits, bills, points, balance, bookings and ratings at the shop.
• Your device's notification token, to send booking and queue reminders.

We do not collect your location, contacts or photos, and there are no ads or tracking tools.

How we use it

Only to run your account: bookings, loyalty points, balance, visit receipts and notifications. You only get offers if you agree to them, and can stop them by replying STOP.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. Service providers deliver parts of the service only: WhatsApp (Meta) through Twilio for messages, and Apple and Google for notifications and the Apple Wallet card. Data is kept on our servers and seen only by the shop's team.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Me → Delete my data. Your personal details are erased; bills stay without your name for the shop's accounts.
